This custom 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Resto-Mod is powered by a
6.2-liter LT4 engine with a BTR Stage 2 cam, mated TREMEC T56
6-speed manual transmission with a McLeod RST dual clutch, as well
as a 12-bolt with 3.73 and Eaton posi-traction. Additional features
include CRS intercooler with Edelbrock heat exchanger, a custom
3-gallon oil tank, custom 3-inch stainless exhaust with Borla
mufflers, stainless brake and fuel lines, a hidden wiper motor and
a capless fuel tank. The car rides on an HPI frame stiffener kit
with a boxed frame, complete Hotchkis Stage 11 performance
suspension and upgraded QA1 coilover kit. Stopping power is
provided by a Big AER brake kit, CPP Hydro-Boost with Wilwood
master cylinder and pro valve, and E-Stopp e-brake. It is equipped
with a Painless wiring harness and a Speartech engine harness. The
interior features a Dakota Digital dash, Vintage Air system,
Nu-Relic power windows TMI sport seats, hand-stitched SS replica
door and interior panels. The body was bead-blasted and
epoxy-primed before being finished in Cromax Deep Black paint and
clear.
