This custom 1969 Camaro coupe received a comprehensive nut-and-bolt
rotisserie restoration. It is powered by a GM Performance 572ci
720R fuel-injected V8 engine that is topped by a CNC-fabricated
Hogan intake manifold and FAST fuel injection. Power is sent
through a GM 4L85E overdrive transmission controlled by a
MasterShift paddle-shift system. Extensive effort went into the
highly detailed engine compartment cladding and polished air-intake
system. It also features a polished front drive assembly, a custom
aluminum radiator and billet hood hinges. Stainless headers and
polished stainless exhaust with electric cutouts complete the
package. A highly detailed undercarriage gives way to the custom
Art Morrison fabricated chassis that was smoothed and finished in
Charcoal Gray Metallic. A 4-link rear suspension was utilized and
connected to a custom-fabricated and narrowed 9-inch rear end. Up
front, aluminum upper and lower control arms are paired with rack &
pinion steering, while fully adjustable coilover shocks sit at each
corner. This Camaro rides on 20x12-inch wheels in the rear, wrapped
in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Features include a custom
leather interior completed by Chuck Rowland Interiors that includes
hand-built leather seats, door panels, headliner and console.
Custom LED lighting adorns the headliner and door panels, as well
as the under-dash and trunk. Custom touchscreen Dakota Digital
gauges show the vitals, while driver controls are handled by the
Billet Specialties steering wheel. This Camaro is also equipped
with a Vintage Air system, high-power audio system and window
controls hidden in the center console.
