Vehicle Description
This custom 1956 Chevrolet 3100 short-bed pickup has a big back
window. This custom Pro-Touring truck has received a full frame-off
rotisserie restoration. It includes a built 350ci Chevrolet V8
engine with a 700R4 transmission. The engine compartment has been
updated with a Be Cool 4-core radiator with dual electric fans, a
full billet March serpentine system, chrome Edelbrock intake, valve
covers, full MSD ignition system, Jegs mini starter, stainless
block hugger headers with Flowmasters and resonators, polished
alternator, air-conditioning compressor and power steering pump.
Upgrades include Heidts Super Ride II custom front suspension with
rack & pinion steering, tubular A-arms, adjustable coilover shocks
on all four corners, 9-inch rear with chrome-plated 4-link bars,
4-wheel slotted and drilled disc brakes with polished calipers, and
a polished fuel tank, all topped off with Ridler wheels, 20x10-inch
rear and 18x8.5 front. This pickup has a full custom interior that
includes headliner, door panels, seats, carpets, kick panels and
sound system. Other interior features include a VHX analog/digital
gauge system, Lokar shifter, polished tilt steering column, and a
Billet Specialties steering wheel and shift knob. It is equipped
with power windows, air conditioning and heat. Body modifications
include a flip-forward hood, rounded bed side edges, custom roll
pan, shaved door handles and remote-control solenoid door poppers.
The custom wood bed is stained in black. This vehicle has full
factory tinted glass, a chrome grille and a chrome front bumper.
