Vehicle Description
This 1946 Power Wagon is the original Dodge 4-wheel-drive truck; it
was a total frame-off rotisserie build. It is powered by a
completely rebuilt original 230ci inline 6-cylinder engine with a
2-speed transfer case located behind a 4-speed transmission. The
power take-off operates the front-mounted date-correct 7,500-pound
winch that has 150 feet of half-inch galvanized cable. This wagon
is complete with many of the upgrade options available at the time,
including Dodge heater, turn lights, spare tire and locking hubs.
All wiring was replaced, as well as the brake and fuel lines. The
wheels are original split wheels with a correct spare tire. The
body has been professionally painted in gloss red. The interior is
standard Power Wagon fare with the correct fiberboard headliner and
original restored gauges.
