Vehicle Description
This custom 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer received a professional
frame-off rebuild and is finished in Spies Hecker paint with
custom-painted front and rear axles, powder-coated frame, and
all-new body seals and bushings. It is powered by a factory 400ci
small-block engine equipped with aluminum heads, Edelbrock intake
and Holley Sniper electronic air conditioning compressor, all
dressed in chrome. Spent gases exit through a set of Cerakoted
Hooker long tube headers feeding a polished stainless-steel Pypes
crossover dual exhaust system. Power is transferred to the wheels
through a Turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission with NP205
transfer case, rebuilt front and rear Yukon differentials and
axles, posi-traction rear end with 4.10 gears and WARN front
locking hubs. This custom Blazer has factory air conditioning, an
aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, Boyd stainless-steel
fuel tank, PSC power steering box, cross-over steering linkage with
polished aluminum steering arms, dual front shocks, and 4-wheel
power disc brakes clamping on drilled and slotted rotors. It
features a new custom Charcoal interior with a chrome factory roll
bar, as well as a Sony stereo with Kicker amps and speakers. This
K5 rides on 15-inch Rally wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain
T/A tires and has a chrome spare-tire carrier. The build photos are
included with the sale.
