Vehicle Description
This custom 1964 Pontiac LeMans convertible pays homage to the
mighty GTO and is powered by an electronic fuel-injected 6-liter
LS2 with 400hp and 400 ft/lbs of torque, routed through a GM 4L60E
overdrive automatic transmission. The car rides on a fully
independent rear suspension and features adjustable-height airbags
and 3.43 gears. Up front, BC Racing coilover shocks are fully
adjustable for height, compression and rebound. Excellent stopping
power is provided by 4-wheel 11.7-inch GM performance disc brakes
and ABS. It is finished in Porsche Orange 2-stage paint and House
of Color Tangelo ghost flames with shaved door handles. The
electric Stayfast top matches the interior and operates at the push
of a button. A custom boot complements the top when retracted. The
interior is equipped with power rack & pinion steering, a tilt and
telescopic steering wheel, 8-way adjustable power driver's and
passenger's seats, 3-point seat belts and custom door panels with
flow-through ventilation. Safety features include complete
instrumentation including low-fuel warning, twilight headlight
controls, and even factory driver and passenger airbags. This car
rolls on 18-inch Raceline chrome wheels featuring hand-crafted
billet centers with the late-model GTO logo etched into the
aluminum, wrapped in Nitto tires. Awards include GTOAA National
