This 1967 Pontiac GTO has undergone a completely photo-documented,
three-and-a-half-year rotisserie restoration. Powered by the
factory, matching-numbers YS-code 400/335hp engine and TH400
automatic transmission with Hurst dual-gate shifter. It is equipped
with a Quadrajet carburetor and factory air conditioning. It is
equipped with the original WD-code 2.93-ratio rear axle, factory
power steering and power drum brakes. Finished in the factory
SS-code Champagne with a Medium Gold interior. This car was
purchased new on October 11, 1966, in Little Rock, AR. Later, it
was traded in with only a few hundred miles on it. It was purchased
and driven until 1987 when it was parked until 2012. At that time,
the frame-off restoration was started. The engine and transmission
were sent off to get fully rebuilt. Both the frame and body spent
many hours on the rotisserie getting the attention they needed for
a show-quality restoration. It was documented with PHS paperwork
including a copy of the Build Sheet and the factory
Protect-O-Plate.
