This 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Sunliner convertible was discovered in
Southern California by a Ford Motor Company engineer. He performed
a frame-off, comprehensive nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration,
with 712 miles since completion. The underside is refinished to
match the color of the car. The restoration took over 7 years to
complete using many NOS parts. The car is powered by a rebuilt
8-cylinder engine mated to an automatic transmission, and features
power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, and an AM Town &
Country radio.
