This custom 1951 Chevrolet Deluxe convertible underwent a
comprehensive restoration including body modification and powered
by a fuel-injected LT1 engine mated to a 700R4 transmission with a
posi-traction Camaro rear end and a Mustang 11 front end with a
dropped axle. Rides on air-ride suspension, 4-wheel disc brakes and
features a 22-gallon stainless-steel fuel tank. The exterior was
modified with frenched headlights (halogen beams), a modified
pancaked hood, extended rear quarter-panels with fender skirts,
frenched Cadillac taillights, modified Continental kit with an
extended bumper. Front fender Buick ports with green LED lights,
LED markers and signal lights. The interior features a Vintage Air
system, electric wipers, an original dash with Ivory classic
gauges, custom stereo and power antennae, power leather seats, a
custom Jaguar center console, a tilt steering column, power
windows, custom oval rear window. The upholstery is beige leather
with 6-way power seats, Black Pebble leather on the dash and window
moldings, and a hydraulic power Haartz cloth convertible top with
headliner. Rolls on Lancer 4-bar spinner caps on custom wheels
wrapped in Michelin tires.
