This 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury Max-Wedge re-creation is equipped
with a 440ci Max Wedge dual-carb engine built by Teachers Pet of
Connecticut. The complete restoration was completed in 2018 with
careful, minimal use since. The Max Wedge intake sports two 625 CFM
Edelbrock carburetorss and the power runs through a 727-push-button
TorqueFlite transmission with a 2,800 dynamic stall converter and
is routed through an 8.75-inch Sure-Grip rear end with
posi-traction. Legendary interior components are complemented by
SMS Interiors replicated factory door panels and headliner. The
Fury is finished in the 1963 Golden Commando S/S, which is a
factory race car color.
