Nicknamed "The Godfather," this Resto-Mod 1969 Chevrolet Camaro
RS/SS underwent an extensive one-of-a-kind Pro-Touring restoration.
The car is power-packed with a 427ci L88 V8 big-block GM crate
engine supported with a ground-pounding custom performance built
heavy-duty 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.
This Camaro is equipped with a custom Borla 8-stack throttle body,
fuel injection controlled by Holley Terminator X engine management,
power steering, 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes and a custom dual
MagnaFlow 3-inch exhaust. The chassis was completely custom-built
to high-performance Pro-Touring specifications featuring Scott's
Hotrod independent front suspension, dropped spindles, tubular
A-arms, Aldan American coilover height adjustable shocks and
Scott's Hotrod 4-bar rear suspension and subframe connectors, all
riding on custom Budnik Pivot billet aluminum wheels. Finished in
custom Bowtie Tuxedo Black with an RS stripe, the body was also
completely custom-fabricated, including an RS custom hideaway
headlight grille, a full custom metal cowl hood, one-off
hand-tooled engine bay with metal firewall panels, blended drip
rails, integrated rearview mirrors, custom body-blended rear
spoiler and Billet Dapper Lighting LED sequential rear taillights.
The full custom Ferrari-inspired Italian Tangier Connolly Autoflux
leather interior with Wilton wool carpeting features Vintage Gen IV
Magnum air conditioning, VHX analog/digital gauge cluster system,
Nu-Relic power windows, Kenwood DNX stereo with Bluetooth, XM and
Sirius Satellite, as well as navigation. Includes photo
documentation of the restoration.
