This 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 LT is a super clean, solid, and rust
free truck that spent its life in California. This vehicle has had
only 2 owners with the last owner having the vehicle since 2003.
This Burb has obviously been well cared for and these are just
great driving and versatile vehicles. The body is super straight
and the Olympic White paints still looks excellent and appears to
be all original. The underside is also as clean as you would expect
from a California vehicle with no rust issues.
The interior is also really nice. It ia all original and in
beautiful condition. The only thing not original are the front
Bucket Seats which were reupholstered in leather recently because
of some wear and tear which is a very common issue with GM vehicles
from this era. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn
signals are all working. All of the gauges work and the power
windows and power locks work. The cruise, horn, wipers, heat, and
AC are all working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent!! It has the 8.1L engine which
is all stock and it runs smooth and strong with no issues that we
could find. This truck does have an aftermarket exhaust that sounds
great and is not too loud. The transmission is the 4L80E Automatic
that shifts nice. It is mated to the np246 transfer case and the
4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the 10.5 AAM with 4.10
gears and a Limited Slip. The front axle is the IFS with 4.10
gears. This is all sitting on a nice set of Aftermarket Wheels with
BFG All Terrain tires size 285/75/16.
