Vehicle Description
Collectible motor car of Atlanta is proud to offer this M roadster.
The Z4M was a great high-performance roadster, as it included the
potent 6-cylinder engine from the E46 M3 in a much smaller car.
These also featured a mandatory 6-speed manual transmission,
enhancing the driving experience - and they're hard to find, as BMW
only sold about 3,000 units in the States. This particular example
is finished in gorgeous Imola Red over black leather, which is the
best color on this car. These are extremely fun and capable cars,
and I suspect the next owner will be thrilled with this one.
•
Factory equipment includes a 6-speed manual transmission, a
power-retractable soft top, Nappa leather upholstery, heated and
power-adjustable sport seats, a leather-wrapped M steering wheel,
carbon leather interior trim, and automatic climate control.
• The first-generation Z4, called E85 internally, replaced the Z3
for the 2003 model year. It was one of the first BMW models styled
under the guidance of Chris Bangle, and shared no styling cues with
its predecessor. At the top of the line was the M Roadster, which
used the 3.2-liter engine from the M3, with double-VANOS variable
valve timing.
• Power comes from a 3.2-liter "S54" inline-6 engine, rated at 330
horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear
wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
