This 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury is one of only 15 Sport Fury's that
came from the factory optioned with the 426 Max Wedge. Bought new
at Dominick Basso Chrysler-Plymouth in Los Angeles, this Sport Fury
is a rust free Southern California car and stayed in SoCal until it
underwent a full rotisserie restoration 20 years ago. This car
features a date code correct 426 max wedge, backed by a 3 speed
automatic torqueflite transmission. Power is sent to the rear
wheels via a Sure-Grip differential with 3.23 gears. The car has
been repainted in its original ebony black, and retains a beautiful
mirror-like finish. The interior has been redone in factory correct
materials and is trimmed in black vinyl with copper accents. This
is a highly documented car, and comes with a full build book with
restoration photos, multiple magazine features, a Galen Govier
certificate authenticating the car, reproduction of window sticker,
copy of line ticket, and much more. This car is still in like-new
condition with only 800 miles driven since completion. Do not miss
