Vehicle Description
You are looking a Super nice 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
Convertible. (I had a deposit on it but the sale fell through. This
Vette is back for sale) This C3 is equipped with a four-speed
manual transmission, 427/400 V8 engine, three duce carburetors,
four-wheel power disc brakes, concealed headlights, chrome trim,
three-spoke wood grain steering wheel with tilt and telescopic
column , quadruple tail lights, black convertible soft top along
with a vinyl covered hardtop, fender side vents, Stingray script in
front fenders, V shaped front bumper with a split chromed rear
bumper, optional side mount exhausts, side marker lights, chromed
hub caps, and beauty rings. Other amenities include power windows,
forward-folding front seats, sun visors, a center console,
driver-side mirror, analog clock, Delco AM/FM radio, and a cigar
lighter with an ashtray. This beast was born with a 350 engine but
has been correctly upgraded with a period 427 / 400 hp engine with
3-deuces. This is a factory AC car but is missing some components
under the hood. It is setting on a set of Corvette Rally wheels
with new Firestone INDY 500 Firehawk raised white letter tires. It
was reported to us that the car was restored close to 30 years ago
and only has a little over 650 miles since the restoration. The
engine compartment needs a little detailing but everything is
correct for a 427/400 tribute car. I just put it on the lift on 12
31 and took a bunch of underside photos and added them. The 69
Vette is from the third-generation Chevrolet Corvette's sophomore
year, more things were refined to correct some hitches that
occurred in 1968. As with all Corvettes of this era, this example
was made in General Motors' St. Louis, Missouri factory. An
extended production cycle due to a labor dispute increased '69
volume. I feel that my price of $40,000 is very realistic for a
classic vehicle like this one with the potential that this vehicle
has. We offer a 90 day lay away on many of our vehicles. Just break
the cost of the vehicle into 4 equal payments 30 days apart, and
