This vehicle came out of Merced, CA. The previous owner had this car since 1981 and purchased it from the original owner. At the time the previous owner owned four large car dealerships in the Bay area. This Pantera came in as a trade-in in 1981 and he kept it ever since. It still has his dealer plates and it comes with the original CA pink slip. He drove and loved the car until he became older and no longer could. It sat at his son in law's storage for the next 25 years until they were selling the building and had to move the car. When we purchased the Pantera we worked on it diligently to get it back on the road. Mechanically it runs and drives great. This ultimate driving machine handles like it's on rails! The motor feels very healthy, sounds great and has plenty of power. It has an updated MSD ignition system, high rise intake manifold, and a new four barrel Holly Carburetor. The cooling system was gone through with new hoses, clamps, and an updated Fluidyne high performance aluminum radiator with electric fans. Cooling system works well. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. It has a new slave cylinder, and master clutch cylinder. Clutch and brakes feel great. Always TLC that will be needed and it is by no means a perfect car. A/C does not blow cold, but the compressor does work, it may just need a service. Cosmetically this Pantera is in great shape. Besides the two cracks on the dash, the interior of this vehicle is virtually flawless and in great condition. Exterior is in excellent condition. Paint is deep and glossy. The body is free of major scratches or dents. Absolutely no known accidents of any kind. ZERO RUST ANYWHERE. I don't even believe there is surface rust. It has never sat a day outside and has been in CA its whole life. Tires are over 20 years old. Headlights functioning perfectly. 04560 pantera built.
