1980 MG MGB Limited Edition Roadster for sale! Motorcar Classics is
pleased to present this rare and handsome 1980 MGB Limited Edition
Roadster featured in black with a matching block soft top, black
interior, and a black removable hard top. 1980 marked the last year
for the popular MGB Roadster. To commemorate the last year of
production and the popularity of the B Roadster, British Leyland
introduced a Limited Edition for the U.S. in all black with special
and unique features. The Limited Edition came equipped with a front
air dam spoiler, special Limited Edition 5-spoke alloy wheels with
MG hub center appliqu's, silver lower body stripes, leather covered
3-spoke steering wheel with a special center hub and luggage racks.
Additionally, a Limited Edition dash plaque is installed on the
glove box. Our car is among the highest spec of all MGB's we have
seen. In addition to the matching hardtop, it has air-conditioning,
4-speed overdrive gearbox, upgraded wood-rim steering wheel, and
cruise control. We have never seen an MGB with this complement of
upgrades. The car has covered 62,895 miles and shows no evidence of
ever having damage or rust.
