Extensive frame-off restoration on a gorgeous 1958 Corvette
convertible with close to 100k spent on the restoration alone with
seven miles since completion. This exquisite 1958 Corvette was
professionally painted in very dark Graphite Gray Metallic which
was a 2023 factory Corvette color and looks very similar to the
original 1958 Corvette Dark Charcoal with a little more metallic
and looks almost like black with metallic and silver coves that
accent the car perfectly. The impeccable piece of art on four
wheels is jeweled with new show chrome from new bumper to new
bumper including the grill teeth and surround, license plate
holders, new head light trim, all new side trim and door handles,
new windshield with new windshield trim, new side glass and trim,
restored hard top with new headliner, new chrome trim, glass and
tail lights and emblems.
The elegant new red interior shows like new with new seat covers,
new dash leather, new Wonderbar radio, new carpet new refurbished
gauges and the odometer showing 6 miles since completion. This a
soft top delete car with hard top only. The entire drive train was
also rebuilt during the restoration process including the engine,
transmission and rear end. Under the hood is show quality engine
compartment showcasing the 1958 283 c.i. engine with double hump
heads,
correct valve covers, snowflake intake and chrome ignition
shielding. The undercarriage has had an extensive frame-off, nut
and bolt restoration and has new brake lines, new rebuilt
suspension, new exhaust etc.. This classic Corvette rolling on new
wide whites with steel wheels and new spinner hubcaps for the
Iconic Corvette look.
