Highly Customized Show Winner 2008 Shelby GT500 Cobra 575HP & 525
lb-ft Torque No Expense was Spared Every Detail is Perfect!
This is a NO Apologies Show Stopping Shelby GT500 Custom Snake with
only 24580 miles. This is as close to perfect condition as you'll
ever find. This Shelby stands out and demands to be seen! One of
only 1,054 ever made with the custom build 1 of 1.
Equipped with a modified 5.4L (330 cid) Super Charged intercooled
DOHC V8 engine that produces 575hp at 6000 RPM and 525 lb-ft torque
at 4500 RPM. Using a dual 60mm electronic throttle body and a
Supercharger operating at 9 psi of boost. The beast of an engine
has a forged steel crankshaft, forged steel I beam connecting rods
and tolerances in their bearings measured in microns. To get a
little more power JLT cold air intake with K & N filter, and JLT
oil separators left and right side. What's an engine without a
little eye candy; Shelby battery cover, fuse box cover, and master
cylinder cover all polished and engraved with GT500, Cobra, and
Shelby. Plus, a Ford stout racing strut tower brace. The engine
work is jaw dropping...cool! A tuned stainless steel X pipe exhaust
only adds to the power and unique growl of this Snake.
A six speed Tremec TR-6060 manual transmission transferring power
to a modified 8.8 limited slip 3.73 ratio rear end. The short
shifter and blue Shelby Cobra shift knob mean business. Braking is
from the race proven 14" Brembo vented front rotors and 4 piston
calipers. On the rear are 11.8" vented rotors and dual piston
calipers. The Snake rides on 20-inch Shelby rims with 20-inch Pilot
Super Sports ($5000.00). The Shelby is specially tuned and designed
rear suspension with 4-link (WATTS) solid axle with coil springs,
TOKICO adjustable shocks, pan hard rod, 2" (50.8mm) solid
stabilizer bars front and rear. Front: Modified (reverse-L)
MacPherson strut, 50.8mm stabilizer bar, TOKICO fully adjustable
shocks.
Interior comes with a Shaker 500 sound system, a 6-gauge cluster
with My-Color, that includes a boost gauge. Charcoal black front
leather seats with a Cobra logo and custom Shelby 500 head rest.
Custom Shelby Cobra floor mats. Passenger side has a chrome Amerex
fire extinguisher. A unique leather trimmed steering wheel with red
stitching and Cobra center. Upgraded polish Shelby pedals with the
embossed Cobra.
Vista blue metallic with twin Le Mans racing stripes in performance
white running down the Shelby power dome hood with heat extractors
is a statement of power. The fog lamps mounted in the lower front
fascia, lower rocker molding and racing hood pins just like on the
original earlier racing Shelby's. Adding to the Shelby experience
are Shelby "GT500" accent stripes on the lower rocker moldings.
Let's not over look the rear spoiler wing and Special Edition
Shelby GT500 Cobra medallion. The real show stopper is the classic
sequential taillights. The side rear windows have been given the
aluminum racing block covers inside and out. Note the glass is
intact and the covers can be easily removed.
All original parts including the stock P255/45ZR18 front tires,
P285/40ZR18 rear 18" rims are included. Plus, two custom car
covers, and factory service manuals volume 1 & 2.
Take it home for $47,995.00!
