This is a 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible and is truly an Icon in the Classic Car Industry. Introduced in 1964 the 1st Gen Mustangs are some of the most sought after collector cars today. Finished in Rangoon Red with a Red interior the complimenting colors make this “65 the one to own. The vehicle comes to us from a local cosigner who has enjoyed it for many years. Upon putting it up for sale he commissioned a full rebuild to its engine and it currently has less than 300 miles on it now, The vehicle runs and drives excellent, shifts smoothly and the Power top works as it should. The vehicle was a long time Southern California owned vehicle we have receipts , and paperwork going back over 20 years showing the car was locally owned the President of the then San Diego Mustang club from the 90s onward , this same Gentleman was also the Founder of one of the finest Mustang Shops in our town. The paint is in nice overall condition, it has a couple chips an nicks from everyday use but nothing major, no rust to speak of and fit is nice.
