Vehicle Description
1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Red
What Makes This One Special
The Chevrolet Bel Air was a full-size car produced by Chevrolet for
the 1950-1981 model years. The Tri-Five two door hardtops Chevrolet
Bel Air's are some of the most iconic Chevys ever made.
The great restored 1956 Bel Air Red/White one we have here at
Skyway Classics with the distinctive two-tone bodyside treatments
and graceful front and rear wheel openings completed the
"speedline" restyling.
Ours has been modified with a later model 350 cubic inch small
block Chevy engine and three-speed automatic transmission to give
it more performance and street-ability with still a lot of
originality that it had when it was factory stock.

Exterior
Our 56 has a great combination of Matador Red and White paint
certainly looks the part thanks to their killer curves of the Bel
Air that really lend themselves to the paint.
It looks great with great chrome and glass as you can see in the
pictures. The body lines are great and include the styling cues
that make this Tri-Five look so good like the single housings
incorporated with the taillights, stoplight, and backup light, and
the left one held the gas filler to really ad to this 56's
aesthetics.
