For Sale: 1969 Dodge Super Bee in Scottsburg, Oregon

Vehicle Description

Listing my 1969 Dodge Super Bee, unfortunately. The reason for selling is, that I’m continuing my education in the medical field and have a mortgage to pay along with a school loan. This Super Bee is a real hemi orange, WM23 code(Super Bee 2dr Hardtop), R11(AM Radio 2 Watt), A62(Rallye Instruments Cluster pkg), C16(Console W/Rosewood Grain Panel), C55(Bucket Seats) H51(Air Conditioning), M21(Roof Drip Rail Moldings), N85(Tachometer), D21(4 Speed Manual Tans), E63 (383 CID 4 Barrel). Just a few parts that are not correct to the Vin on this Super Bee. First, the motor in it is a 440, not the original 383. However, it is a real 1969 (E440 Code) 440 motor. The hood most likely came from a Coronet R/T or a Hemi Super Bee. The 440 engine block, manifold, hood, ram-charger intake are all Chrysler Pentastar Stamped. This is a real A/C factory equipped Super Bee but the A/C is currently not installed. Original ((rear diff 8.75-inch "banjo type 489" case (#2881489))

Some background info on my Super Bee is that it was a frame on restoration in 2004. It has been a California car up until 2020, then I moved it to my Oregon house full time where I currently reside. Since the restoration the Super Bee has 2500 miles on it. I have all the paperwork on the restoration and receipts. The biggest highlight is that this Super Bee’s parts are all Chrysler Pentastar Stamped. (THERE ARE NO REPODUCTION PARTS.) This is all original Pentastar stamped. People joke that this Super Bee might be worth more money parted out than a completed car. They are probably right. For example, the RamCharger air intake scoop is pentastar stamped. It took 5 years to find. It was found it in New Zealand, on ebay, and previous owner paid all the money for it. All window beside the front windshelid are pentastar stamped.

This Super Bee is what I consider a great driver that you can take to car shows. In my opinion it is in good condition but it’s not a concourse d’elegances show queen. Even though when I take it to car shows everyone comes up or should I say sprints up to it and says “OMG this is in perfect condition. The body is straight as an arrow. Where did you find this Charger?” Then I have to educate them on MOPAR’s.

There is a rust spot on the driver’s side trunk seal. The standard place for rust spots on B-Bodies. I included a photo of it.

Please feel free to contact me anytime about my super bee. I can send more photos or a video of it running.

Thank,

Brandon
