This 1978 Honda CT90 Trail is finished in orange with gray accents and powered by an 89cc SOHC four-stroke single mated to a dual-range four-speed transmission with an automatic clutch. Equipment includes a black vinyl-upholstered rider seat, a quick-release swiveling handlebar clamp, a removable auxiliary fuel tank, a high-mount snorkel air intake, an upswept exhaust system, street lighting, 17? wire-spoke wheels, chrome mirrors, a chrome cargo rack with a passenger seat, and both side and center stands. This CT90 was acquired by the owner in 2021 and is now offered at no reserve on dealer consignment with a clean California title.

The bike was reportedly refinished in orange under previous ownership, and it features a frame constructed of stamped-steel sections welded to a central backbone in addition to a gray-finished headlight bucket, frame tube cover, and side panels. Additional equipment includes a black vinyl-upholstered rider seat, a 1.6-gallon fuel tank, an auxiliary 0.6-gallon removable fuel tank, street lighting, chrome mirrors, and both center and side stands as well as a removable passenger seat mounted on the chrome cargo rack. Cracks are visible in the left-side airbox cover and the taillight.

Chrome-finished 17? rims are laced to hubs with drum brakes and are mounted with Vee Runner knobby tires. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork as well as a pair of black shocks-finished connected to the swingarm. Photos show tears in the left fork gaiter.

The chrome handlebar is secured by a quick-release clamp that allows it to swivel 90 degrees for transport and storage. The headlight bucket contains a 60-mph Nippon Seiki speedometer that displays recommended shift points for both the high- and low-range gears. The five-digit odometer shows 5k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage unknown.

The horizontal 89cc SOHC four-stroke single features a kick starter, a single carburetor, a high-mounted air snorkel intake, and an upswept exhaust pipe with a chrome heat shield. Fuel residue is visible on the carburetor.

Power is sent to the rear wheel through a dual-range four-speed transmission with an automatic clutch as well as a drive chain. A switch for high- and low-range gear selection extends from the lower left side of the transmission case.

The number CT90E1908217 is stamped on the engine case, though the California title notes the engine number as CT90E1903217.
