Beginning in 2008, Ferrari offered a new model to clients wanting a
more traditional front-engine Grand Tourer at a price comparable to
the mid-engine F430. The new California was a landmark model for
Ferrari, not only as it introduced an entirely new model range, but
also as it was the first car in the company's history with a
front-mounted V8 engine, the first convertible with a folding
hardtop, the first 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and the first with
multilink rear suspension. While the California was a pure 2+2
grand tourer, Ferrari ensured performance was never in question,
with over 450 horsepower and a 193 mph top speed. In 2014, the
California T arrived with cleaner, F12-inspired styling and a new
twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 rated at 553 horsepower - marking
the first time since the F40 that a Ferrari road car featured a
twin-turbocharged engine. While considered the softest Ferrari in
the range, with comfortable front seats, two occasional rear seats,
ample luggage capacity and even a cup holder, the California T
still lived up to the iconic Cavallino Rampante badge, with sharp
handling, a glorious engine, and performance that rivaled its
hard-edged mid-engine stablemates. This gorgeous 2016 California T
is a one-owner example showing only 4,574 miles. Finished in an
understated yet elegant livery of Silverstone over Natural tan
leather, this car is highly optioned and has been meticulously
dealer-maintained while in the care of its sole custodian. The
