400 CI, 4-SPEED TRANSMISSION, PHS DOCUMENTED! This 1967 Pontiac GTO
really looks HOT in its Viper Red base coat clear coat finish. Its
bright and glossy finish is on a rust free Southern body. The
stainless trim has been polished or replaced. The bumpers, tail
light bezels, headlight bezels and door handles have been replaced.
It sits on a set of restored Rally II wheels with new trim rings,
PMD center caps and lug nuts wrapped with a new set of BFG T/A
radial tires. The engine compartment has a rebuilt period-correct
400 cubic inch engine with a few performance upgrades: Edelbrock
aluminum intake and carburetor and an upgraded HEI ignition for
reliability. There is a chrome air cleaner and a set of factory
chrome valve covers. It has power brakes, power steering and a
4-core Harrison radiator. The engine compartment is finished in a
nice satin black finish. The interior has been completely restored
including the seat upholstery and cushions, door panels, armrest
bases and pads, carpet and headliner. The dash area looks great
with shiny bezels and knobs. The heater controls slide with ease.
The dash pad is in good shape sporting an aftermarket AM/FM radio
and a stock steering wheel. This beautiful GTO has its original
Hurst 4-speed shifter that shifts flawlessly. Also has factory
front and rear seatbelts. The undercarriage is all clean metal.
Looking up front, the suspension has been completely rebuilt.
Looking up at the engine, it is clean as well as the M20 Muncie
4-speed transmission. There is a newer gas tank and sending unit.
The E-brake assembly is all hooked up and working. The trunk is
solid and has a light coat of splatter paint, spare tire, jacking
assembly and lug wrench. This GTO turns heads as it goes down the
road! Make it yours before it's gone!
