1953 CHEVROLET 3100 TRUCK "RESTO-MOD


Just in is the "Beautiful" 1953 Chevy 3100 Resto-mod Truck. Purchased from the builder/restorer who reluctantly decided it was time to sell. He told us that he built and restored this truck in 2020 to be a fun driver to take to the local shows. He insisted that it drive nice enough and be comfortable enough to reliably cruise the boulevard but it also had to run strong enough so he could take to the track and keep up with his hot rod buddies. Well... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! SHE LOOKS, RUNS, SOUNDS & DRIVES INCREDIBLE !! CHECK IT OUT !
The body is straight, solid and clean including a few very tastefully done body modifications (frenched-in headlights and the tail gate and roll pan were molded into the bed) The wood bed floor has been stained and clear coated and has hinged panels so you can easily access the rear mounted battery and stainless steel gas tank. VERY COOL!. It was professionally painted in a beautiful "Dark Cherry"and she looks really good with a deep luster and show car shine. It also has very nice chrome, trim, weather stripping and tinted glass too. The interior is also very nice and tastefully done as well. It has cloth power adjustable bucket seats from a late model Silverado and center console too. It also has "Dolphins" Classic Vintage gauges and a tilt steering column . It also has new carpets, new door panels and a new headliner too. It is all very-very nice!! This truck is powered by a healthy sounding,strong running new in 2020 "Blue Print" 355 c.i small block crate engine that was dyno'd at 393 h.p. (dyno sheet is available) It is backed up by a new TCI TH-350 automatic transmission and a rebuilt 10 bolt posi rear with 3:73 gears.
Other features include power steering, power disc brakes (front only) new Flow Master dual exhaust, aluminum radiator, American Racing Torq-Thrust II wheels, new steering and suspension and new fuel and brake lines too. This truck was very well done and as mentioned, it truly runs, rides and drives really nice! NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!! DON'T MISS IT !!
