sway bars. Stopping power is provided by slotted and vented 14
front disc brakes with Saleen four-piston calipers.The interior
features black and orange leather sport seats along with black
carpeting and aluminum-look dash panel trim. Steve Saleen and
Parnelli Jones signatures are visible on the center dash panel, and
a plaque above the glove compartment lists 245 as the serialized
number. Additional features include a limited-edition shift knob,
floor mats, and door sills.The three-spoke steering wheel contains
a Saleen Parnelli Jones Edition horn button logo and frames
Parnelli Jones Edition instrumentation that consists of a 180-mph
speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Additional gauges
for oil temperature and oil pressure are located above the center
stack, and the digital odometer indicates 7,660 miles.Saleen built
and tuned the 305ci, 5.0-liter V8. All PJ Edition Saleens are
factory rated at 400 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. Saleen
factory modifications include ported aluminum cylinder heads,
performance camshafts, a forged-steel crankshaft and connecting
rods, and forged-aluminum pistons.Power is sent to the rear wheels
through a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission with a close-ratio
shifter and an 8.8 differential with a 3.73:1 gear ratio. This car
