Vehicle Description
Beep beep! What we've got now is this exemplary 1973 Plymouth
Satellite Roadrunner Tribute, and Coyote Classics is more than
happy to offer it to you for your consideration. This Plymouth
still has plenty of life left in it, with only 62,599 actual miles
on the odometer. This one is also especially cool, with a great tan
& brown color scheme and a correct, matching original upscale tan
interior. In 1973, the year this example was produced, the
Roadrunner received brand-new sheet metal and had more contemporary
front-end styling and changes to the rear that resembled the
four-door models more than the '71-'72s. The interiors could
include power seats + windows and offered plusher carpeting and
seat covers, moving the car to a higher level of luxury than
before. This fresh restyling helped sales soar to over 40% more
than the 1972 models. This Satellite is equipped with the base
engine offering, Chrysler's workhorse 318 C.I. V8 with 2-barrel
carburation. Power from that 318 hooks up to the rear end through a
3-speed automatic transmission, providing for smooth and seamless
shifting. This Plymouth has a striking tan and brown paint scheme,
which is not only is uncommon for the Roadrunner but absolutely
gleams laid out over bodylines that are nice and straight. The
interior is just as nice as it looks, with deluxe vinyl & cloth
bench seats with tan vinyl upholstery and woodgrain trim. Options
fitted to this Roadrunner include power steering, power disc
brakes, an updated Pioneer AM/FM/Aux/Bluetooth stereo, seatbelts,
and a great-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on some
great-looking Cragar SS wheels on top of some classic B.F. Goodrich
RWL tires. This Roadrunner is just waiting for the chance to get
back out onto the road, and we think you'd look pretty good
outrunning Wile E. Coyote behind the wheel.
