Vehicle Description
1983 Mercedes Benz 240D IMMACULATE SUPER RARE 83 240D Manual
Transmission- 2.4L Diesel I4 engine 68K Super Low Mileage. ---Rare
Ascot Gray Color. ---AN ORIGINAL FACTORY Manual Transmission as you
can see on the WINDOW STICKER! This was sitting in a Barn in
Pennsylvania for many years til the owner couldn't drive anymore.
---The Iconic 240D Stick Shift Wanted all over the World. NO ONE
will have this car in your area or probably State! The car runs and
drives perfectly and is very solid, as it should with such baby
mileage of 68K Original actual mileage. Ive owned the car for about
7 years and kept it in storage since it was just too nice to leave
parked anywhere for me. Mechanically the car is very solid. The new
Bosch Battery, Glow plugs were changed, as well as belts and basic
maintenance. These cars are very easy to maintain and will be more
loyal to you than ANY other car. No worries about nonsense
electrical check engine or other newer car problems. You can see
the ORIGINAL WINDOW Sticker as well with all the Original Manuals
and original paperwork. No major maintenance done since the mileage
is too low. The clutch feels great as well. There are barely ANY OF
THESE Left probably in EXISTENCE in the world. Especially a Manual
transmission from the factory NOT converted like you may see some
other W123s but an original Manual Transmission. The body and paint
are in IMMACULATE condition as you see. The rubber sealings around
glass is all in amazing condition as well. The interior is
gorgeous. No wear on dash or cracks/etc. The woodgrain is in mint
condition as well. The sunroof works extraordinarily strong and not
slow or weak. The undercarriage is in amazing shape also and was
treated with undercoat professionally to maintain its mint
structure and prevent any rust underneath the car from forming,
from driving on the road. This car also came from the factory with
power windows and air conditioning, which is the old style, so you
must convert it to the newer ac .
