This stunning 1941 Willys Coupe was purchased at auction from the
estate of the original owner and builder. We were told that it was
professionally built by Fast Times Hot Rods in Dunkirk NY who in
its day, designed and built some of the coolest award-winning
street rods around and the 41 Willys Coupe was there most popular
build. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in contacting
anyone at Fast Times Hot Rods to find out any specific information
about this particular car and its build however we have owned
several 41 Willys Coupes in our 32 years of being in business
including one that I personally owned and partially built so that
being said we know a thing or two about these awesome cars and what
kind of parts, money and time it takes to build these cars
especially to this type of high-end build. CHECK IT OUT!!
We were told by the previous owner and builders' family that well
over $150k was invested while building this beautiful car because
he wanted the best of both worlds, to be able to drive this car
anywhere he wanted in comfort and style and to be a total BAD-ASS
while doing it. Well... in our opinion he NAILED IT!! The
fiberglass body has been fitted and finished to perfection and the
square tube chassis is a thing of beauty. Painted Porche Iris Blue
Metallic in 2 stage base/clear paint that is super slick and smooth
and is without a doubt award winning! We just compounded, buffed
and polished it to a deep luster and brilliant show car shine and
then ceramic coated it to protect that shine. It is absolutely
gorgeous!! The custom handmade ultra-leather two-tone interior is
also a thing of beauty. It has ClassicIndustries "VINTAGE" gauges
and a custom console that surrounds the "Lokar" shifter. There are
all kinds of really cool features in there too like an interior
matching finished trunk, chrome "IDIDIT" tilt steering column,
power adjustable bucket seats, remote controlled power windows and
a custom-made console behind the seats that houses a killer
sounding CD stereo and that's just to name a few. It is
REALLY-REALLY COOL!! This beast is powered by a dependable G.M.P.P.
(GENERAL MOTORS PERFORMANCE PARTS) and ground pounding ZZ454 c.i.
big block Chevrolet engine and I got to tell
