Vehicle Description
This 1994 Ford Bronco XLT is a lifted 4x4 with a powerful
fuel-injected V8, and there have been solid investments to maximize
its fun and bravo. But as you look at the full package, you also
see a classic SUV, that's clean, comfortable, and stylish. So no
matter if you like blazing a new trail or just getting longer
stares when driving downtown, this one has you covered.
We know Ford is rolling out a new Bronco, and this well-respected
example from the last year of the previous generation really starts
to get attention. The original color on this 4x4 was Deep Forest
Green, which is a true 1990s color. However this has been resprayed
to a similar dark shade but with more blue used this time around.
It gives it a timeless kind of premium appeal - especially with the
metallic element. There's an added sunshade that's color-matched,
and because the XLT is the top trim, the roof is nicely coordinated
with the vehicle. And yes, this Bronco continues the great
tradition of being able to remove the rear roof section for that
cool semi-convertible appearance. Plus, this has added style where
the lifted suspension just seems to draw even more attention to the
17-inch Pro Comp alloys. But there's plenty of substance within the
style. After all, the taller suspension also gives this 4x4 better
ground clearance, and there's a proper tow hitch. So this gives you
the ability to go everywhere and take the toys along with you.
The XLT trim also means you get a comfortable and loaded interior
with just about every feature in the book. It includes power
windows, power locks, keyless entry, and cruise control. There was
even a nice investment in the air conditioning system in 2021 to
make sure it's blowing nice and cold. And the stereo has been
upgraded to an AM/FM/CD/XM unit with USB and Bluetooth. Since you
get to choose the best music, the speaker system has also been
upgraded - including dual 12-inch kicker subwoofers - to enjoy it
correctly. A more modern classic also means modern safety features
like a driver's airbag and anti-lock brakes. It's unknown if the
odometer reflects the full actual mileage, but the condition of the
leather seats really shows how this has been treated with care over
the years. The front bucket seats are long-haul comfortable with
fold-down armrests. The wide center console offers plenty of
storage as well as a handy place to put your coffee, and the dash
is one of the more car-like features of this big SUV. There's
adult-sized legroom room in the back seats, and there's a large
cargo area that can hold all your gear and the upgraded subwoofers
all at the same time. That's why it's a comfortable custom.
Under the hood is a blue oval legend: the 5.8L/351 cubic-inch V8.
It's made for the modern era with fuel injection, and that means
it's responsive on the street and trail. The 4x4 transfer case was
rebuilt in 2019, and the push-button system makes it easy to hit
the trail. Plus, the BDS six-inch suspension lift and newer Toyo
Open Country tires make this a better off-roader. But you can tell
from the overall style, that this one is too clean to have spent
its whole life mud-slinging. And in fact, it knows how to be an
easy cruiser. That's why there's power steering, power brakes,
front discs, a limited-slip rear, and a four-speed automatic
transmission with highway-friendly overdrive.
The sale comes complete with the original windows sticker, owner's
manual, and maintenance records. If you like to look distinctive
