Vehicle Description
1997 Ford F250 Heavy Duty - 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel V8 - Automatic
Transmission - 2 Wheel Drive - 94k Miles - Two Tone Blue Exterior -
Blue Interior - Clean Truck Noted as one of the best-selling pickup
trucks in the United States, the Ford F-Series is an American
automotive staple. After being designated as the Golden Child of
the Ford brand, many executives were hesitant to mess with their
good thing. With no significant design or engineering improvements
since 1980, the F-Series was ready for a redesign. Ford introduced
a radically new F-150 for January 1996. A new bold look, passenger
car comforts, overhead cam engines, and short and long arm front
suspensions were included in this new F-Series. In 1997, the Ford
F-250 joined its little brother in the new styling. Presented here
is a 1997 Ford F-250 Heavy Duty. Displayed in a two-tone blue
exterior and matching blue interior, this truck is quite sharp and
exhibits the iconic redesigned F-Series body style. The paint and
chrome are show car ready except for driver's side truck bed, which
is missing the pinstriping. The royal blue exterior is accented
well with chrome wheels. The long box truck bed is clean with
minimal wear considering its age and the fact that it has not been
coated. Under the hood is a 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel V8 that has
been paired with an automatic transmission. The blue interior
appears in the same caliber of shape as the exterior. The cloth
front bucket seats and rear bench are extremely clean with only a
minor tear on the bottom of both front bucket seats. The carpeting
and headliner look brand new. The dash does have a small crack
right above the radio but does not appear to need to be replaced.
Overall, this is an exceptionally clean truck. If you are in the
market for a full-size, powerhouse truck that can tackle any
project, this Ford F-250 Heavy Duty is a perfect fit for you.
Designed on the cusp of being filled with tons of technology, this
generation of F-Series has just the right number of comforts that a
work truck would be asked to have. Noted with 94k miles, this truck
has only just begun servicing out the many, many years of its life.
