The 944 Turbo offered here is finished in Schwarz (Black) over a black leather interior. This example received a new crank position sensor, fuel injectors, and clutch master cylinder within the past year and is ready to hit those twisty country roads. The exterior sports the optional phone dial aluminum wheels which complement the overall appearance of the car. Inside the vehicle, there are some signs of age but there are also plenty of highlights as well. Notable features include the original Blaupunkt radio, power windows, and air conditioning. Accompanying this example is the original owners' manual and various maintenance receipts.

Porsche built the 944 from 1982 to 1991 with total production of just over 113,000 cars in total worldwide. The car was a not-so-related venture between VW and Porsche. Meaning that the partnership actually started with the origination of the 914 then the 924, which Porsche also decided to brand Porsche. The partnership was meant to create the gap between the more expensive 911 buyer and the consumer looking for the thrills without paying a premium. During the years of the 944 the body style remained pretty close to that built in 1982. However, engine power increases, body moldings and trim as well as interior changes were done throughout its 10-year life span. One of the best parts of these cars is the fact that they are almost perfectly balanced front to rear, which makes them a favorite for racing and track events.
