1936 Cord West Chester Model 810 Sedan, this car runs and drives.
EXTERIOR: Born Palm Beach Tan with Maroon cloth interior. A prior
owner repainted the car with lacquer over the cracked lacquer.
Passenger side fender has minor damage on the lower outer edge,
repairable. The bumpers are in good shape and undamaged. Front
Bumper has some chrome starting to peel, not pitted. All glass is
intact and works. The tilt-out front windshield(s) work and seal
correctly. The lower INSIDE trim is not in place, but is undamaged,
included. Aftermarket, removable, turn signals were added below the
front bumper. Decklid latch is built into the right decklid
'handle'. INTERIOR: The interior is burgundy cloth. A few small
'patches' have been placed over the front seat small tears. Full
dash has aircraft-style instrumentation. There is an under dash
original heater, appears to work when turned on. The front and rear
carpets are in good shape. Headliner has no signs of damage. All 4
door trim panels are in great shape. MECHANICAL: Lycoming 125HP V8
Engine; Model # FB-V8. This was vehicle #84 off the assembly line
in 1936 by the Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg Factory. Numbers-matching
car. The engine bay is clean with no signs of any profuse leaking
etc. Oil on dip-stick is gold-colored and 'full' The 6-volt battery
did maintain a charge. 4 tires and spare have good rubber, but
aged. There is an accessory adjustable inline electric fuel pump
observed at the left rear on underside. Consider the Auburns &
Cords shared similar quality to the Duesenberg's of the same
