Vehicle Description
The platform sharing with Chevrolet basically puts this 1995 Sierra
in the fourth generation category which was built between 1988 and
2002. It is internally known as the GMT400 and had a slightly
smaller cab size than the Rounded Line Generation but the it
increased in interior space. Branding changes came in the way of a
work oriented W/T, Off Road Z71 and the they even built a high
performance model called the 454 SS. 1995 was the mid-cycle
revision which added a driver side airbag, the extended cab was
redesigned, adding a rear-hinged passenger side third door. This
particular coveted Sierras is the short bed, regular cab, Z71
models which bodes a very nice 6" suspension lift with
appropriately sized wheels and tires. This truck is Clean....yes, I
said clean. I didn't say perfect. Its nearly thirty years old with
150k miles on the clock, but its clean with no visible body rust
that I can see. The underside, inner fenders, frame and components
are exceptional for these years of truck. This Z71, starts very
smoothly, shifts smoothly, brakes are strait and goes down the road
without waver. The windows are tinted, the radio and A/C are
working. power windows and locks work. The ABS light is on due to
the lift. The exhaust is newer and is quiet with a nice rumble.
This truck has been used and driven but is very nice.
