Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1930 Ford Model A Highboy Custom
Coupe. 302CI High Output Ford Engine from 1970 with cam, roller
rockers and post-1970 heads. Auutomatic Transmission with Lokar
Shift. Less than 500 miles since build completion in 2022. Car
features the following: Starting with a body from TN, the Roof was
completely filled in and then chopped 3 inches and the frame was
boxed and zead 5 inches in the rear. All new metal floors. The
Frame has a speedway front-end that has been dropped 4 inches with
disc brakes and an all chrome vega steering box. The doors have
been outfitted with Bear Jaw latches and do not have glass. Doors
open from the bottom and the door handles are just for show. Engine
is a 1970 Ford Mustang High Output 302 coupled with a C4 Mustang
automatic transmission and 8 inch Ford Rear-end. Lokar shifter.
Chrome headers, new Edelbrock AVS-2 Carb, electric choke with fuel
cell and battery located in the trunk. Note that the original gas
tank remains under the custom dash built to add new gauges and
vintage Mustang Speedometer. Other gauges include oil amp, temp and
amp gauges. Red Mustang bucket seat finishes off the very clean and
neat interior. Suspension includes hairpin radius rods in the
front-end and coil-overs in the rear. Extra long ladder bars.
Sprint roadster exhaust. Chrome LED headlights and 1950 Pontiac LED
tailights. The car rides on American Racing wheels on brand new
Kelly tires. 205.70.15 in the Front and 31.10.5 in the Rear. Black
paint is in very nice overall condition with a few minor scratches
and imperfections as shown. The speedometer needs to be hooked up.
Car comes with C4 transmission cable but will need an adapter for
plug-in to the transmission. This is a very nice build that is fun
to drive, looks and sounds terrific. Registered in Maine but
currently stored in MA. Sells with a Bill of Sale and Maine
