Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle
for your consideration.
Under the hood is a 377ci V8 motor that is composed of a 400ci
block with 350 rods and crank.
The motor also features a dart head, an Ultradyne cam, and solid
lifters. Mated to the strong
motor is a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. With the turn of the
key, the motor roars to life and
settles into a smooth idle. Out on the road pushing the pedal down
unleashes the power and
turns any evening cruise into a thrilling experience.
Wearing the classic color combination of black on black, this
Chevelle will be welcome at any
cars and coffee or drive-in. The black exterior presents itself
very well with quality paint and
recently rechromed bumpers. It is noted by the selling owner that
this example was repainted to
black in 1994. Inside the vehicle, the black vinyl interior has
been left largely stock with the
exception of an upgraded radio, an aftermarket tachometer, and
other auxiliary gauges from
AutoMeter. This example has been with the selling owner since March
1988.
The Chevrolet Chevelle is a mid-sized automobile that was produced
by Chevrolet in three
generations for the 1964 through 1978 model years. Part of the
General Motors (GM) A-body
platform, the Chevelle was one of Chevrolet's most successful
nameplates. Body styles
included coupes, sedans, convertibles, and station wagons. The
"Super Sport" versions were
produced through the 1973 model year. The Chevelle Super Sport, or
SS, represented
Chevrolet's entry into the muscle car battle.
