Vehicle Description
MaxMotive proudly presents this well-engineered and extremely
detailed restoration of a right hand drive 1967 MGB Roadster with a
full Sebring Body Kit from our Pittsburgh Showroom. Outstanding
performance is available from the supercharged and intercooled
GM/Lotus all-aluminum DOHC engine. It's coupled with a GM Aisin
5-speed manual transmission. The engine and transmission
combination can be found in the Pontiac Solstice, while the same
supercharger was used in the Chevrolet Cobalt SS. The installation
is immaculate. Stainless headers empty into 2-inch pipes and dual
Thrush mufflers. The rear diff is the stock MGB tube style with
custom made adjustable aluminum tramp bars to harness the power. A
full Sebring body kit features generous fender flares to
accommodate the big tires. The shell was coated in Jaguar Atlantic
Blue. A custom front coilover suspension with Gaz adjustable shocks
and 1-inch lowering springs in back with Spax adjustable tube
shocks provide the right stance and great handling. Reinforced
subframe rails control flex. The interior is just as well sorted
out. The handsome leather and cloth seats are from a Miata and have
speakers in the headrests. Yes, they're in there! The black and
gray theme includes real carbon fiber inserts in the dash and a
carbon fiber mount for the radio and 12v outlet. A full array of
AutoMeter Pro Comp gauges offer a great competition look while
keeping tabs on the vitals. All the electricals are reliably
channeled through an Advance Auto Wire harness. Falken Azenis tires
provide tenacious grip, and mounted on Rota RB 15x7 wheels, the
desired track-ready look. This 1967 MGB Roadster features dozens
more details that have earned it numerous trophies as well as a
color feature in North American Classic MG magazine. Please see the
detailed photos at www.maxmotive.com. ********** DISCLAIMER
