Bright paint, upgraded V8 power, an A/C interior, and an attention
to detail make this 1966 Chevrolet C10 a standout total pickup.
This truck was restored to really highlight the best of what Chevy
was doing in '66. After all, this generation C10 has that crease in
the sheet metal that wraps around the front and continues all the
way down the sides, like they scooped out a horseshoe from the
design. It's a daring look for the pickups, and the updated copper
paint has a nice metallic glow that highlights these curves
beautifully. And with panels this straight, the full-length side
trim looks almost like an unbroken line. Even the details are
great, like how the white insert in the trim matches the roof for a
subtle two-tone. And the bright chrome of the grille and bumpers go
well with the added polish from the 17-inch American Racing Torq
Thrust wheels. And you just know there was a solid investment in
that glossy lumber lining the bed floor. It makes for a
great-looking classic that is also not so overdone that you'll
hesitate to take it for a drive. So it's a true cruiser pickup.
The two-tone tan seat is a great addition that has an upgraded
style while still keeping the classic bench profile. The door
panels were done to match, and the carpeting and dash also keep
neutral colors to be thoughtfully harmonizing. Not only did they
take the time to give this a more luxurious trim than Chevy did in
1966, but they also upgraded the comfort features with a tilt
steering column, a retro-style AM/FM/iPod stereo, and cold-blowing
R134a air conditioning. So this is a nice place to spend some
time.
Under the hood is a solid V8 upgrade with a 350 cubic-inch crate
V8. It inhales deeply with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and
Weiand intake. And the dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers let it
exhale with a nice V8 tune. It's a strong-running truck that was
built to really cruise. That's why you have a three-speed automatic
transmission, power brakes w/discs up front, modern touring tires,
power steering, and the C10's sought-after trailing arm rear
suspension.
Clean, comfortable, and vintage, this C10 is built with the right
features to be your new favorite classic. So don't let this
opportunity slip away. Call today!!!
