1965 CHEVROLET C10, VERY NICE, RUST FREE AND RESTORED ARIZONA/CALIFORNIA TRUCK.
This 1965 C10 pickup is probably as nice a truck as you will ever find, especially in this price range. Owned for the last 12 years by a classic car mechanic who has spent countless hours and a lot of money restoring it. The truck is 99% finished and it has been driven around 5000 miles since completion.
The truck is an Arizona and before that southern California truck, rust free and very nice even before the restoration.
The totally rebuilt engine is a 1966 327, it has a performance cam for a little extra power, the transmission is the original aluminum Powerglide.
Everything on this truck has been rebuilt or replaced from the front end, brakes, shocks, suspension, custom made drive shaft, custom made stainless dual exhaust system and on and on. The rear end alone cost $1500 just in parts plus the labor cost to rebuild it.
The truck was painted in the original color combination, green and white.
The inside is as nice as the exterior including a rare tachometer in the dash.
To redo a truck to as nice a condition as this one would cost you a lot more than what we are selling it for, grab it if you want a really nice restored C10!!!
The tailgate is with the truck and it is as nice as the rest of this vehicle, he does not want to install it because he does not want the left and right chains to rub the paint! But there's also a kit included that does away with the chains, the next owner can decide what to use, original rubber covered chains or new billet stuff without chains..
