This 1971 Chevrolet Nova is an awesome build with a bold style, a
custom comfy interior, an upgraded suspension, and an overdrive
transmission. Plus, that dual-quad V8 under the hood is going to be
the envy of everyone for both its polish and power.
Red always looks great on these coupes, especially with the added
vibrancy of a more modern respray. It's an attention-grabbing
modern application, but the red is only part of the impressive
paint package. You'll really it when the sunlight hits the black
racing stripes, and the added metallic element unleashes a look
that makes this like a starry night. Of course, these stripes also
add to the performance attitude. And the aggression is continued on
the cowl hood, hood pins, blackout grille, blackout rear panel, and
all the SS badging. And the upgrade to 17-inch US Mags wheels with
extra-wide rear rubber gives this the right intimidating stance.
The classic brightwork is noticeable from afar, especially with the
chrome bumpers complementing the shine of the paint. The result is
a package that displays both elegance and aggression all in the
first glance.
The black interior was built to be the right mix of added
performance and comfort. The front seats are upgraded to modern
buckets with the right comfort bolstering. These front buckets are
done in supple leather (the rear is vinyl) and yours even power
adjusts to find the ideal driving position. Good carpeting, a
smooth dash, and well-done door panels take care of the classic
fundamentals you want. You have upgraded driving music with an
AM/FM/CD stereo with USB. But more than just coddling, this was
built for performance driving. There's a Billet Specialties
steering wheel, a Flaming River tilt column, AutoMeter Carbon Fiber
Ultra-light gauges, and a B&M Street Bandit shifter with line
lock.
The engine bay has a fantastic presentation. We dare you to find
another component that can be polished! At the heart of it all is a
400 cubic-inch V8. It's an awesome kind of motor that gives you a
small block weight with a big block displacement. That's the base
for a fortified and enhanced build that we're told includes a Scat
crank, SRP pistons, Howards camshaft, Harland Sharp roller rockers,
and ARP bolts. It's topped with dual Edelbrock four-barrel
carburetors and an Edelbrock intake. As you dig into the details,
you'll even see nice supporting pieces like the Yenko stamped valve
covers, braided lines with AN fittings, upgraded pulleys, an Optima
red top battery, an MSD distributor, and an aluminum radiator
w/electric fan. Hooker long tube headers add power while
contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust and Flowmaster
mufflers (there are even cutouts whenever you really want to bring
the thunder!) It's a nice power package that's built for all-around
good driving. The 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission knows how
to handle this V8's power while still delivering overdrive comfort.
This feeds a 10-bolt Positraction rear end. And you'll also spot
subframe connectors, traction bars, and a rear sway bar to keep
this feeling solid. Plus, you have power steering, power brakes,
front discs, grippy ZR-rated tires for all-around driving
appeal.
This is a stylish, distinct, and powerful classic coupe that makes
for an irresistible deal. Call today!!!
