York for a purchase price of $7,133 she became the member of a
family who have loved, cherished, lightly driven and most
definitely adopted this big bold beauty. Most recently owned
directly by the son of the original purchaser, she's been
maintained all her 60 years, and underwent an extensive restoration
in 1995 which was completed in 2000 with the new repaint. She has
never been in an accident and took our Owner, back in his high
school days, to his senior prom.*During her restoration, A new coat
of glossy black was applied. Her chrome and brightwork is just
about perfect. All glass is reported has excellent and all exterior
light performs as designed. **Bathed in luxury, the full black
leather upholstery is so era 1961 and shows to be in excellent
condition. Loaded with options, her electric windows work perfectly
along with the top. All gauges properly perform and their bezels
and brightwork show amazing.**1961 motors were just simply getting
larger, and we are not disappointed in Lincoln pursuing the goal of
size with its behemoth 430 cid V8. Rebuilt during the beginning of
the restoration back in 1995, she has low miles and wonderful
performance. All remaining running gear, from the three-speed
automatic to the brakes have been maintained and addressed as
needed throughout the years of stewardship.**Rare is the car that
remains in a family, more so when it spreads across two
generations. Time runs its course and even the best family members
must often leave the nest. This beautiful and all-American car will
