For Sale: 1988 Bentley Mulsanne S in Kentwood, Michigan

The Mulsanne and Mulsanne S by Bentley was built from 1980 through 1992 and was marketed as a Performance Luxury car. As a handbuilt masterpiece the production numbers make the Mulsanne pretty rare considering they built just over 2,000 units in over a decade of production. The over $100,000 MSRP might have something to do with it considering that is over $250,000 in todays money. However, the Bentley was a masterpiece of both size, weight and overall pretty decent performance considering. This particular unit still has very nice black paint considering the age and mileage. Apparently this car was used as a daily driver for years by a dentist. The chrome is very nice, the interior is good with some drying of the leather, but overall in decent shape. The car starts, runs and goes down the road very smooth with good brakes and tires. This is a sub-$20,000 Bentley Mulsanne so this is not a perfect car but a very good car for the money. Mechanically I feel this car to be good, Cosmetically above average and the electronics can always be a little weird in these cars but the only light I get coming on intermittently is the brake/mineral oil light which from what I have read is very common on this vintage of Bentley, that being said, I feel the brakes are good. The car comes with its original owners manual, jack, spare tire, gloves and emergency kit. This Bentley commands attention at every intersection and in my opinion is a ton of car of the money.
