Delivered from the factory in Cirrus Green Metallic with a rare, desirable 3-speed manual transmission, power top, radio and power windows, and under-dash tissue dispenser. Includes a variety of books and a clear California title. Under its current 7-year ownership 2,100 miles have been added. This classic west coast Buick has been refreshed and is in beautiful condition ready to enjoy now.
The 248ci valve-in-head Super Eight Dynaflash engine starts easily, idles, and runs superbly with plenty of power. The braking, suspension, and drivability of the car are phenomenal, smooth, and comfortable on all accounts. Under its current ownership, the engine compartment was beautifully refreshed including resealing and repainting, new decals, ancillary items, and a new front wiring harness. It presents beautifully and runs like a champ.
The exterior is striking, repainted in its original Cirrus Green Metallic by the previous long-term owner. The chrome, rubber, glass, and trim are in very nice condition overall with nothing needed. It rides on factory steel rims with hubcaps with trim rings. In the last few years under its current ownership, the convertible top frame was stripped, rebuilt, refinished, and fully restored with a new LeBaron Bonney cloth top installed which is kept covered in plastic when the car is not being used and looks brand new. The exterior is is in beautiful condition all around.
The interior underwent a high-quality proper refurbishment by its current owners a few years ago when the top was replaced using a beautifully crafted LeBaron Bonney interior before they closed their doors. The dark red leather with the tan inserts is stunning and compliment the exterior color beautifully and the top-quality workmanship makes it very comfortable on the longest drives. Inside boasts working gauges, a power top, and power windows. The clock and radio are inoperable.
