quick lifts and silver ceramic coated side pipes. It is powered by
a 396ci stroker putting out 475HP and mated to a Tremec 5 speed
manual transmission.
The roadster rides on chrome Halibrand style 15" wheels with Cooper
Cobra high performance tires.
This Superformance MKIII has a Limited Slip Differential and Power
Disc 4 Piston Wilwood Brakes. Other options include the Bilstein
coil-over shocks that sharpen the car's handling.
SP01498 has period correct Smiths Gauges with a Lucas Ammeter Gauge
in the period correct dash layout. The doors are secured by
original style carriage style latches. All openings, such as engine
bay, trunk, and cockpit are wrapped around steel subframe for
increased strength and support. The steering wheel and dash are
wrapped in leather, as are the steel framed seats that have period
correct webbing for comfort and elegant aesthetics. Other key
accessories include a fitted tonneau cover, soft top and side
windows and garage cover.
The glove box has been signed by Shelby American racing legends
Allen Grant and John Morton.
