Vehicle Description
This 1968 Chevrolet C10 has a built 5.7-liter engine with 10-to-1
compression Edelbrock dual-plane intake. It is also equipped with
an Edelbrock Avs2 650 CFM carburetor, Melling high-performance
camshaft, double rolling timing chain with stainless-steel headers
and a Serpentine belt setup. This pickup also features a 3-row
all-aluminum radiator with two 12-inch electric fans, an all-new
wire harness, a 16-gallon rear-mounted fuel tank and a Holley red
electric fuel pump. The engine is mated to a TH400 transmission
with a 12-bolt posi-traction rear end with 3.73 gears. The body and
frame were completely sandblasted, and the cab drip rail was shaved
and replaced with a round rod for a unique look. It is equipped
with shaved mirrors, a shaved firewall and all-new trim for a
traditional look, and features United Pacific headlights and a
brand-new taillight lens. This original 1968 C10 has a brand-new
complete bed by Dynacorn. The interior features Intellitronix
digital gauges, a Pioneer Audio system with a Bluetooth radio, a
tilt column with a Forever Sharp steering wheel and Snowden custom
seats. This is a frame-off restoration with a brand new brake
booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve. New brake lines
were added from front to rear, along with calipers. This pickup
rides on a 5/7 Classic Performance Products drop kit with 2.5-inch
front drop spindles, Billet Specialties 18-inch front and 20-inch
rear wheels.
