#s match L-78 375 hp! Body off frame restored to factory condition.
Rust free California body. Beautiful combination of colors and
features.
EXTERIOR: The fit and finish is amazing on this Camaro, it did not
look this good when it was brand new. It is laser beam straight,
every inch of it. I don't see any signs of rust, damage or issues.
I believe it has original metal including the quarter panels.
Repainted it's Lemans blue color. The metal flake is laid out
evenly, the clear coat is polished like glass. The SS stripe is
painted correctly and it's smooth to the touch. All the chrome and
stainless has been replaced. Vinyl top is mint. Weatherstrips were
replaced. New front and rear windows. The original vacuum hideaway
lights work. Vintage style 15 inch Torque Thrust wheels with BFG
tires look new.
INTERIOR: Completely restored deluxe interior. Down on the floor is
sound deadener and new carpet. It has complete set of original
seatbelts. The center console is in excellent shape. Deluxe
interior includes molded armrest door panels and upgraded
upholstery. They both look new including new cushions in the seats.
The headliner, visors and mirror have been replaced, dome
lightworks. Dash pad is new, the knobs look new. It has factory
gauges and 6500 red line tachometer, correct for 375 hp.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Legendary L78 396-375 horsepower big block. Vin
number, casting codes and dates match. It has factory high
compression, big port heads, aluminum intake and dual feed Holley
carb. It is restored to factory new. Correct valve covers, air
cleaner, reproduction hoses and clamps. Delco battery topper with
spring clamp cables. It features power steering and a power brake
system. Cadmium plated booster, new wiring harness, has hood
insulation, washers are hooked up. The metal surfaces are smooth
and painted nice.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Very clean and complete. No cuts or splices in
the quarters, rust free original metal. Neatly spatter painted.
Under the trunk lid and jamb are glossy. Replaced stickers,
weatherstrip, trunk mat. Polyglass tire on a rally wheel for a
spare, reproduction jack assembly.
UNDERSIDE: Every component was removed from under this car
including the sub frame. The front end steering and suspension was
completely rebuilt. The fuel system was replaced including the
tank. It has a dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Rebuilt brake
system with disc in front and the e-brake assembly is hooked up.
Looking up at the motor it is immaculate, starter and fuel pump
look new. Vin number matching Muncie 4-speed. 12 bolt rear.
What's not to love? It looks, sounds, and performs amazing. Rare
and desirable equals an excellent investment!
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to
assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are
answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video
that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are
displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an
appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment
there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car,
your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year
membership.
