This 1973 Volkswagen Dune Buggy is powered by a 1915cc engine mated
to a 4-speed manual transmission. The engine has new parts
including a mild cam, double-barrel Weber carburetor, rebuilt
heads, flame-thrower distributor, 40,000-volt coil, high-flow oil
pump and an external oil filter. Finished in Astros Orange with
blue seats and removable Astros stickers. The body sits on a
full-length 1973 Beetle H frame that has not been cut, equipped
with a 6-point roll cage, VDO gauges and diamond plate storage box.
Exterior features include chrome headlights, LED light bar, horn,
turn signals and taillights, off-road bumper and chrome wheels with
BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires. Riding on adjustable front beams,
4-wheel disc brakes, rebuilt transaxle, with all the wiring run
through the conduit to protect from the elements. Wired to be
pulled behind a vehicle with a detachable tow bar, which is
included.
