1966 Ford Fairlane 500. Vin # is 6A41C195607. Cash only. Price reduced!!! Georgia is a Bill of Sale state. Car is mostly original and needs someone that has the time to drive it. Odometer reads 4492.7. I bought this car about 3 years ago from a guy in Macon Ga. He didn't know the history of the car. He had replaced the transmission with a TCI trans from Summit. He also put a Edelbrock 289 performer intake and a Edelbrock 600 carb on it. I have original intake and carb and C4 trans. A thick layer of undercoating had been applied to the whole under side of car. There are a couple rust bubbles under paint and car has a new dash pad. I changed valve covers and air cleaner. Points removed and now has Pertonix Ignitor. Car ran hot when A/C was on when I bought it. It now has aluminum radiator, high flow water pump and a clutch fan. It has never ran above 195 temp since then. All hoses and belts have been replaced. Oil pan plug was stripped out. Car runs and drives good. It does ride and drive like a 1966 car would. Car has 289, power steering, auto trans, 4 piston front disk brakes but not power brakes. A/C is cold. Inside unit of A/C is vintage 60's I've been told. Interior has 1 bad place above passenger sun visor. Paint is OK. Car comes with a Seal skin cover, original air cleaner, valve covers, intake with 2bbl carb, C4 trans and a couple spare belts. Car does have exhaust leak.
