Moved by a 1600ci 4 Cylinder with upgraded carburetion offering
40hp paired to a 4 Speed Manual transmission, ready to blast down
the road or head to the beach. Our Samba has been restored to its
original condition with no corners cut and no expense spared. The
quality paint work is excellent, while the body shows excellent
fitment with a factory-correct luggage rack, new wide white wall
tires with VW factory-correct painted wheels, mudflaps, and those
unmistakable bumpers and huge emblems and has been lowered 2 to
give it a special look. That beige canvas convertible soft top lets
the sky in with your friends in the back and lets them see the
stars in the eight skylight windows! The 1600ci engine has been
pulled, completely rebuilt, and painted to its original condition
and, as you can see, looks brand new. The underbody is clean, and
everything is in exceptional mechanical condition. The controls are
clean and correct so you will have a great connection to this Samba
and the road. This one runs and rides smoothly while feeling solid
and tight when driving while turning heads on those wide white
walls. The interior of our 21-window Samba shines with a uniqueness
that only it can provide, and in 1965 was the top-level luxury
Volkswagen offered. Three rows of seats, those one-of-a-kind
flip-up/out windows, and the convertible top are all immaculate.
